Reservations

When you request a table reservation we collect your name, phone number, preferred date and time, and party size.

Private event inquiries

When you submit an event inquiry we collect your name, phone number, event type, approximate date, guest count, and any notes you include.

How we use your information

To fulfill and communicate about your order, reservation, or event inquiry

To process payment for online orders through Stripe

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Stripe

We use Stripe to process online payments. When you complete a purchase, your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Tumbao does not store card numbers.

Supabase

We use Supabase to store order, reservation, and event inquiry data on our behalf. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.

SMS notifications

If you provide a phone number when placing an order or making a reservation, you may receive transactional text messages related to that order or booking. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. These messages are strictly transactional — we do not send marketing texts.

Data retention

We retain order and reservation records for up to 24 months for operational and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the phone number below.
